To make room for the new, we also needed to do some clearing out of the old. As we listened to our customers over the last six months, we dug deep and discovered that many of our integrations and features went unused. In many cases, less than one percent of our customers were using those features.
So to forge ahead into our new experience and make the vast majority of OrderMetrics better for the vast majority of our customers, we’ve retired some features and integrations the vast majority of you weren’t using.
